    List of Ingredients




    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
    1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup, condensed (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 can chopped green chiles (4 oz.)
    1 lime
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Place in casserole or crockpot.

    Juice lime.

    In a small bowl, combine undiluted soup, chilies, and lime juice. Pour over chicken.

    Cook chicken in microwave, oven, or crockpot until tender.

    Add sour cream to sauce and warm gently until heated through.
