2 Tsp healthy oil
1 1/2lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup water
1 pkg Knorr Veg soup mix
1/4 tsp dillweed
1/2 c ff sour cream or plain yogurtRecipe
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown, turning occasionally, about 5 min.
2. Stir water, soup mix and dill into skillet, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 min. or until chicken is tender. Place chiken on platter.
3. Remove skillet from heat, stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken. If desired, serve with noodles (whole wheat of course)
