Orange Cranberry Rice - Core

2 cups brown rice (I used regular rice, don't have a clue if it will work with instant or minute)
6 to 8 oranges
1 cup water
1 package fresh cranberriesRecipe
Peel the oranges, cut in quarters. Put in blender bowl, blend. You want four cups of blended oranges, that will depend on how juicy and how big your oranges as to how many you will need.
Put the blended oranges and the cup of water in a heavy sauce pan, bring to a boil. Add the rice and cranberries, lower the temperature to simmer, cover.
Stir every 10 or 15 minutes, make sure it's hot to pop the cranberries, but not so hot to burn.
Keep an eye on it, you may need to add a bit more water if it soaks it all up before the rice is done.
