    NOTES : 3 points per serving. These servings are generous and you will add no points if you roll up a tablespoon in a lettuce or cabbage leaf.

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces Neufchatel cheese -- softened
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    12 ounces imitation crab
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup onion -- grated
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients except crab in crockpot and blend together well. Add the crab and cook on low til heated through. Serve in crockpot set on a keep warm setting with crackers or lettuce leaves (to roll the dip in).
