    Use Greek yogurt or strain plain yogurt overnight for a thicker consistency
    1/2 cup of the yogurt, added 1 clove garlic (crushed), 1 T of fresh dill (minced), a touch of salt, a little fructose, and a little bit of lemon. Let the flavors blend for a few hours or overnight.
