Also good in place of croutons on salad
Drain and rinse a can of garbanzo beans (or use homecooked). Put on a paper plate.
"Mist" with olive oil. Add seasonings: I gave a light shake of Lawry's salt and shook on worchestershire sauce and Chipotle Tabasco. Shake the plate.
Cook on "high" for 10-12 minutes. Shake the plate every 5 minutes, or so.
The beans will shrink and "roast". Taste test around 10 minutes, and add up to 5 more minutes at the most.
