2 c plain ff yogurt
2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
1 16 oz. can ff refried beans
1 c chunky salsa
1 c sliced black olives
1 c ff grated cheddar cheese
1 c jalapeno peppers (optional) Recipe
Mix yogurt and cilantro. Set aside.
Mix beans with 1/3 c. salsa.
Spread 1/2 bean mixture in a flat 2-qt serving bowl. Spread 1/2 of yogurt mixture over the beans, followed by half the ripe olives, half the remaining salsa, half the cheese, and half the peppers. Repeat the layering again. Cover and chill completely. Serve with veggies.
