Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Core

Coat the sprouts in 2 tsp EVOO. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and toss around to make it all even. You can also put a little butter buds in there too. After they are well coated in the oil and spices, put them in a pan with sides. Roast at 400 shaking them around often (every 5 to 7 minutes). They take about 30 minutes and with be brown all over. "
