Enchilada Casserole

- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 15 oz cans green enchilada sauce
- 12 oz bag of shredded mexican cheese
- one bunch of green onions
- 12 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8" x 8" pan with Pam. Reserve 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce and a handful of cheese for the top.
- Tear tortillas into pieces. Combine, chicken, sauce, onions and cheese in a bowl.
- Layer as follows: tortillas, sauce mixture, tortillas, sauce mixture, tortillas.
- Cover top with reserved sauce and cheese. Place in oven and bake until hot and bubbly.
