Blueberry Muffins

Recipe Introduction
These are great. I usually bake in a pan for a coffee cake and add the crumb topping listed below.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 cup blueberries Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend softened butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla. Blend completely.
Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda, and salt together separately
Blend thoroughly. Fold in blueberries gently. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.{Larger muffins take an additional 10 minutes at least}
Yield 12 regular sized muffins or 6-7 Texas size
I add this crumb topping.
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins
