Caramel Apple Dip
1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat or fat-free cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
4 apples, sliced
Place all ingredients except peanuts and apples in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in peanuts. Chill. Just before serving, slice apples, arrange around dip and serve.
