- 2 - 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- SOUR CREAM
- CREAM CHEESE
- BUTTER
- SHREDDED CHEESE (COLBY JACK)

Instructions
- BOIL POTATOES AND GARLIC, MAKE MASHED POTATOES AS USUAL.
- ADD 4 OZ SOUR CREAM AND 4 OZ CREAM CHESSE TO POTATOES AND MIX WELL.
- gREASE CASSEROLE DISH, SPREAD HALF THE POTATO MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF DISH. SPRINKLE APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP OF THAT. TOP WITH REMAINING POTATOE MIXTURE. PUT ANOTHER CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP.
- COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 - - MINUTES. THIS DISH CAN BE PREPARED A DAY AHEAD OF TIME AND BAKED JUST BEFORE SERVING.
