    Recipe calls for 1 whole packet of Italian dressing mix. This will make it way too salty, and actually ,1/4C may be too much. You can mix the gravy and ranch mix together first with the water, then add the Italian dressing a little at a time. Try 1 tsp at a time.

    List of Ingredients




    2 ½ – 3 lb. Chuck roast

    1/4 Packet dry Italian dressing mix

    1 Packet dry Ranch dressing mix

    1 Packet dry brown gravy mix (any flavor brown, like mushroom.)

    1/2-1 C Water



    Recipe



    Step 1. In a bowl, combine the Italian dressing, ranch dressing, and brown gravy seasoning with the water, and whisk to combine well. Crock Pot would be 1/2 C, and Insta Pot, 1 C.

    Step 2. Brown roast on both sides and then put in cooking pot of choice.

    Step 3. Cook 8 hours in slow cooker, or 50 minutes in pressure cooker

    Step 4. If Gravy is too thin, add a bit of flour to water and whisk to break up flour lumps, and add to gravy to thicken.
