    Gramma Rose's Goulash T.T

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb box Macaroni
    • 3 lbs Hamburger
    • 1 Cup chopped Onion
    • 1 T. Lawrys Season Salt
    • 2T Garlic Powder
    • 1T Ground Pepper
    • 2 Can Campbells Tomato Soup
    • 2 Cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 Bell Pepper Optional


    Instructions


    1. Boil Macaroni, drain when done

    2. Brown Hamburger with Onion, Garlic, Pepper and Season Salt/ Covering it with a lid makes it brown faster. Drain when browned

    3. While browning hamburger, Add both soups and stir, if it is too thick, add water a little at a time. I added 1 soup can to mine. Cook on low/simmer, keep an eye on it so that it doesn't burn. You can always turn it off, and then reheat it if you need to before adding hamburger. If you are going to use Bell Pepper, put it in now and let simmer for about 10 minutes

    4. Add Macaroni to sauce and stir. Can also add a bit of Velveeta, but I would use that in individual bowls

    5. Note: With the seasonings, I do not measure, this was the first time I measured for the recipe. What I do, is sprinkle a good layer of each onto the meat prior to browning. You have to get the meat seasoned up in order for it to have any flavor
