    Meatballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Lbs 80/20 Hamburger
    • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1 Sleeve Crackers, finely crushed
    • 2 Onion Soup Mix
    • Sauce
    • 1 tsp Beef Paste
    • 1 C. Sour Cream
    • 1 C. Water
    • 1 Can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 C. Mushrooms (optional)
    • Pepper to Taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all together and roll into balls and bake or fry til done. If using Nu-Wave oven... 10 minutes

    2. Mix beef paste, Sour Cream, Soup, Water and Pepper on low heat until thickened. Add water to thin out if its too thick. Add mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes

    3. Add meatballs and sauce in a bowl and eat. Let sit for a bit tho, sauce flavors will pick up the flavors from the meatballs



    Final Comments


    You do not have to use the sauce, these meatballs work well eating as is, or even in spaghetti
