    Unstuffed Green Peppers TT

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs Hamburger
    • 1 C Onion Chopped
    • 1 tsp Pepper
    • 1 1/2 T Garlic Powder
    • 1 T Lawrys Season Salt
    • 1/2 Soup can of Water, maybe more....
    • 2 Green Peppers or 2 Cups Chopped
    • 2 Cans Campbells Tomato Soup
    • .......................................................
    • 1 C. Rice
    • 2 C. Water


    Instructions


    1. In a Large Skillet or Pan, Brown Hamburger with Onion and Seasonings. Drain Grease

    2. Make Rice while browning hamburger. You could probably use Minute Rice, I never have, but you will need to have around 3 Cups Prepared.

    3. Add 2 Soups and about a half of a can of water to the Hamburger and stir.You do not want the mixture to be too thick, because you will be adding the rice. Add water additional water a little at a time if needed.

    4. Add Green Peppers and cook on low for about 2 minutes. You want to maintain some crisp to the green pepper to keep the taste.

    5. Add Rice, should be about 3 cups cooked. Stir together and taste.

    6. I don't have a lot of salt in this, you can salt your own dish the way you like it.
