Four Cheese Spinach Pie

Best Spinach Pie ever! The combinations of the cheeses cuts down on the grassy spinach taste, which makes this dish a winner!
List of Ingredients
- 5 Boxes Chopped Spinach, Drained and Water Squished Out
- 1-8 oz Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1- C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-16 oz Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1-Block of Feta Cheese Crumbled. (Doesn't matter size but I use Large)
- Few Cloves of Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1-C. Finely Chopped Onion
- Salt and Pepper if Desired ( I don't use)
- 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter Melted (For Filo Dough)
- Filo Dough- 1 Package out of the Box of 2
- Preheat Oven 350
- Large Cake Pan 14x10 Foil Pan is good or anything around that size.
Instructions
- Mix the first 8 Ingredients in a Large Bowl. Set aside
- Carefully unfold Filo Dough. You have to work quick! Brush tops of each layer lightly with butter and place HALF in pan. You dont have to be perfect. Filo Dough is paper thin and fragile so be gentle!
- Pour filling in pan. Repeat step 2 on top.
- Bake at 350 until Golden Brown
- You can either cut in squares before you put in the oven or when you take it out. Be careful, the Filo Dough is very fragile and will flake!
