    Recipe Introduction

We eat this as a Dinner, but, can be a side. This is a large recipe, because that's how I cook! This recipe is easy to cut in half, to feed about 6 people as a side.

    List of Ingredients

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 Cans Sour Cream ( That's how I measured it)

    2 Cans Milk

    1 Large Onion

Pepper to taste, I used about a teaspoon, can always add later when plated.

DO NOT ADD SALT-The Ham is salty enough

Ham-Cubed about 5 Cups, whatever you want.

    Sliced Potatoes (see below)

    Recipe

Mix first 5 Ingredients in a Large Bowl or big pan.

Potatoes. Start out slicing 6 peeled large potatoes. You have to judge the amount of Wet mixture with the Potatoes. The mixture when potatoes are added, should be liquidy enough, so that it will still be creamy when baked. You don't want too much liquid either, it won't evaporate and will be too sloppy. Add more Potatoes as you go if needed.

You can lay the potatoes in a large baking pan or roasting pan first if you want, and then add ham and then pour the liquid over them then mix or you can mix the ham and potatoes in the Large bowl.

If you find that you need more liquid, add more milk or if you need just a little, you can add water.

Cover with foil or lid if using a roasting pan and Bake at 400 for 1 Hour
