    • 1 deep dish pie crust shell
    • 1 4oz pkg sweet choclate
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1 1/3 cup angel flake coconut
    • 3 slightly beaten eggs
    • 1/2 cup sugar


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees.
    2. In a large saucepan melt choclate and butter.
    3. Gradually add milk and coconut.
    4. combine eggs and sugar stir into choclate mixture, Mix well.
    5. Pour into pie crust Bake about 30 minutes and cool completely.
