PREHEAT OVEN AT 300
NEED 12 OZSOF FROZEN(then partially thaw)

10 ozs small shells pasta,COOKED VERY AL DENTE
5lg G.PEPPERS, CUTUP
4 ONIONS, CUTUP
1BUNCH PARSLEY(not dried!!),CUTUP FINE
4tabs GARLIC
1/4C “SPEGHETTI SEASONING”
1/2C PARMESAN
1TSPN PEPPER
2 TABS. THYME
2TABS BASIL
3/4TPN HOT RED PEPPER POWDER
4BAYS LEAVES
3 LG CANS TOMATOES,LIGHTLY BLENDED
1CAN T. PUREE
1LG CAN T.PASTE
2c. RED WINE
1/2c SUGAR
2 1/4LBS SLICED MUSHROOMS
1/4c TOMATO-PESTO BLEND SEASONING
1/2C. IN REFRIGERATOR,DRIED TOMATO BITS
3/4c GREEN TEA LEAVES
8 ozs GRATED MOZZARALA CHEESE
Sauté onions, garlic,parsley,gr.peppers,when almost done, add all seasonings,fry over medium heat til fragrant, then add tomatoes,+t.paste,+puree,+pepper, tomato/pesto blend season.,+sugar.
When simmering,add red wine,mushrooms, parmesan,vegetables, cooked al dente shells+green tea, tomato bits,boil first,then simmer uncovered 30mins. Taste to correct seasonings, Mix in Mozzerala cheese,& stir well,place in a sprayed uncovered casserole dish,put in preheated 300 deg oven,uncovered,+bake for 30 min. SERVE WITH BEANS+ PITA BREAD,VARIATION:CAN ADD PEPP.,SAUSAGE+
