    TOFU CHOCOLATE,IMITATION “CHEESECAKE”(!!!)
    (really,really good,&lofat too!, but not cheesecake!!)(makes a lg.one,but can feeze some)
    I got this from fatfree.com and tried it last night, it was really
    good,but even better after 1-2days

    List of Ingredients





    TOFU CHOCOLATE,IMITATION “CHEESECAKE”(!!!)
    (really,really good,&lofat too!, but not cheesecake!!)(makes a lg.one,but can feeze some)
    DRAIN WATER FROM TOFU BEFORE USING!)
    NEEDS A :springform pan (for cheesecake-10”X2.5”)(a pan with a latch, that when unlatched, you can then GENTLY push up from the bottom,& the cake comes up leaving the round side off of the cake,with only the bottom metal remaining with the cake on it(ala real cheesecake!) ,OR a 10” round pan that is 10”across,& 2.5” high
    CRUST(to be made first): with a food processor
    , spray both the bottom & sides of your baking pan with a good amount of plain Pam oil spray,&., then add your dates,(4C.) to your food processor,whiz them 30 secs.then add(with your processed dates)4C.broken up graham crackers(about6 whole grahams(?),then process until both are well combined. Press this mixture onto the bottom,& 2/3 up the side of the Pan. To stop any stickiness, dip your fingers into a sm. Bowl of cold water,as you press on this mix, then fill the pan with the next mixture & refrigerate for 1-1 ½ hrs.

    FILLING:combine ½ lg.(or 1 small ) package of unflavored, nonfat cream cheese(broken up), with 5 firm,drained, tofu(1 is 14oz,I THINK) broken up,2 tab.of your favorite liquor( Kalua,Frangelica, or Ammereto(?),10 tabs. Chocolate powder, 6 tabs. Vanella,& 8-16 tabs.(or to taste) of baking Sweetener(or 1C.(?)sugar,then process all,till well combined, taste to adjust ingredients to your taste,& pour into your Pan that you have the crust in,& then,bake at 350 for 50min., then refrigerate for 1-1.5 hrs before removing sides(of a Springform Pan) before cutting. Refrigerate afterwards. NOTE:at first gritty texture,but goes away after 2-3 days,&it gets better & better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!;if vegetarian, you can use the veggie version of cream cheese, etc.
