ROTISSERIE(store bought)mild chicken Chile w/hominy(or beans)+chilies(12 servings)(CAN BE REDUCED!!),
2store bought chickens,meat picked from bones,except wings,&torn into bite-size pieces,skin removed,OR 5 lbs whole mushrooms.
8cups bullion,or broth
6 tab unflavored oil
1/2c cumin
4tab powdered chocolate
4tspns oregano
4tab cinnamon
4onions,diced
¼(or more!)tspn cayenne
4 4 oz cans diced green chilies
3cans drained+rinsed hominy
3canskidney or pinto beans
3tabs garlic
1/2c masa sprinkled on
1bag frozen corn
1lg,+1smaller can tomatoes(w/juice),lightly blended

heat oil in lg pot,add cumin,oregano+cayanne,+cinnamon,fry till fragrant,about 1 min.,add onions+garlic,increase heat to medium+sauté till soft(4-5 min.). Add 6cups(3cans) hominy + 6cups beans+all broth, corn, green chilies,+ tomatoes, mix in slowly: masa,+chocolate powder,bring to simmer,reduce heat to low,+stir+simmer ,uncovered25 minsSERVE WITH CORN TORTILLAS,VEGS(?)
