    Taco Pie

    1 Can Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    4 oz. Boca Meatless Ground Burger
    3/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
    1 (8 oz.) Can Kidney Beans - rinsed and drained
    1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
    3/4 Cup Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese or Taco Cheese*

    *I make my own Taco Cheese by using 1/4 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese and 1/2 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, then mixing in 1/2 tsp. Taco Seasoning.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saut� the Boca, green pepper and onion until the veggies are tender. Add tomato sauce, kidney beans & taco seasoning. Lower heat & simmer until heated thru. Meanwhile, roll out the crescent rolls onto a 9x13 cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, being sure to seal perforations. Bake 6-8 min until lightly browned. Spread meat mixture over crust. Continue baking an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
