    List of Ingredients




    1 pound medium red potatoes
    3/4 cup fat free sour cream
    2 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 small Granny Smith apple, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes until just tender. Drain. When cool enough to handle cut into cubes; peel if desired. To prepare dressing, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill in a small bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, apple and onion. Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve chilled.
