This is one of the recipes sent by chain mail and it looks great! People love cheese spreads for crackers!!
List of Ingredients
1 lb. Velveeta cheese(room temp, fresh, never refrigerated)
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1-4 oz. can chopped ripe olives, drained
Recipe
Roll Velveeta between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Mix cream cheese, green chilies and olives together, then spread on top of Velveeta.
Roll like a jelly roll and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with Ho Ho or Town House crackers.
