Chocolate Applesauce Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  
• 1-3/4 c. sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 can applesauce
  
• 2 c. flour
  
• 3 T. cocoa
  
• 1-1/2 t. soda
  
• 1/2 t. salt
  
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
  
• 3/4 bag (7 to 8 oz.) chocolate chips
  
• 6 T. sugar
  






Instructions



1. Cream together margarine, sugar & eggs.
   
   
2. Add the rest of ingredients; blend well.
   
   
3. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
   
   
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips & 6 T. sugar on top.
   
   
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
