Chocolate Sheet Cake

Fall Potluck 2000





List of Ingredients



• 2 c. sifted flour
  
• 2 c. sugar
  
• 1 stick Oleo
  
• 1/2 c. oil
  
• 1 c. water
  
• 4 t. cocoa
  
• 1 t. vanilla
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
  
• 1 t. soda
  
• Pinch of salt
  
• Icing:
  
• 1 stick Oleo
  
• 4 T. cocoa
  
• 5-6 T. milk
  
• 1 lb. (or more) powder sugar
  






Instructions



1. Bring to boil: Oleo, water, oil & cocoa.
   
   
2. While still hot, pour over sugar & flour which have been mixed in a bowl.
   
   
3. Add all remaining ingredients & pour onto cookie sheet.
   
   
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
   
   
5. Cream ingredients for icing together & put on cake.
   
   
6. Nuts may be sprinkled on top if desired.
