    Peanut Butter Pie

    Recipe Introduction


    PIW Staff Meeting, Fall 2000


    List of Ingredients


    • Chocolate cookie crust
    • 1 c. chunky peanut butter
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 2 T. melted butter
    • 12 oz. Cool Whip (divided in half)
    • Hot Fudge Sauce


    Instructions


    1. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, vanilla & sugar, then fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip.

    2. Refrigerate.

    3. Top with Hot Fudge Sauce and Cool Whip.
