Pumpkin Bars

List of Ingredients
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups of pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Frosting:
¾ stick butter
3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream
1¾ cups powdered sugar
Recipe
Cream oil and sugar well.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Blend in pumpkin.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon together.
Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture and beat well.
Pour in to greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350. (Test it at 18 minutes as ovens vary.)
Cool until slightly warm. Frost.
(To make frosting, cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and cream, slowly add powdered sugar. Beat until light.)
Can add nuts to frosting or sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate and cool until frosting is set and cover.
