    Cucumber Pasta Salad

    LRC Christmas 2000 Snackarama


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag Helmuth's homemade egg noodles, thin sliced (or any other brand of homemade dried noodles--frozen ones won't work)
    • 1 cucumber chopped
    • 1 small bell pepper chopped
    • 2 green onions chopped
    • 2 stalks celery chopped
    • 1 carrot chopped
    • (any other vegetable you prefer)
    • 1 bottle creamy cucumber dressing (also good with Ranch)


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles using instructions on bag.
    2. Mix vegetables in with cooled noodles.
    3. Pour bottle of dressing over ingredients, mixing until everything is coated.
    4. Chill and serve.
    5. Variation: Add some pinion nuts, sunflower seeds or bean sprouts)
