    Gourmet Potato Soup

    Fall Potluck 2000


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 diced potatoes
    • 1 qt. water
    • 1 c. chopped celery
    • 1 c. onion
    • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
    • 1 small head cauliflower
    • 1 small head broccoli
    • 2 cups diced carrots
    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Boil together potatoes, water, celery & onion, then add chicken bouillon.

    2. Steam cauliflower, broccoli & carrots together until tender.

    3. Add cream of chicken soup & Velveeta cheese.

    4. Heat until cheese melts.
