Gourmet Potato Soup

Fall Potluck 2000
List of Ingredients
- 4 diced potatoes
- 1 qt. water
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. onion
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1 small head broccoli
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Boil together potatoes, water, celery & onion, then add chicken bouillon.
- Steam cauliflower, broccoli & carrots together until tender.
- Add cream of chicken soup & Velveeta cheese.
- Heat until cheese melts.
