    Pineapple Cheese Ball

    2-8oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
    2 tsp. dry onions flakes
    1/4 cup chopped grenn pepper
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8-1/4 tsp. lemon juice

    Finely chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Cream cheese until soft and smooth.
    Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
    Shape into ball.

    Roll in nuts. Chill. Serve with crackers.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
