    Uncle Francois's (my brother) favorite. Mom had to hide them from him when she made these or else nobody would get any.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup sweet coconut flakes

    Mix together and bring to a boil these ingredients:
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Add rolled oats and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper and let cool.

    They are the best macaroons ever.
