    Juicy Roast Beef with Gravy

    1 (3-pound) round boneless sirloin tip roast
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 small onion, sliced

    Recipe



    Sprinkle roast with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sear all sides of roast in a hot skillet until browned.

    Place beef in slow cooker. Add tomato soup, brown gravy mix, balsamic vinegar, and onion slices. Top with cover.

    Cook on medium-low for 8 hours. Yield:8-10 servings.
