    Well worth the effort. Delicious.

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. butter
    1 8-oz pkge. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    A few dashes Tabasco Sauce
    1 finely diced small onion
    1 red sweet pepper (bottled) finely chopped
    1 green pepper finely chopped
    Season to taste

    Recipe



    Mix eggs, sugar and vinegar in pot over pot filled with water (bain-marie). Don't remember the English term. Cook and stir constantly until thickened. Add butter and then cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add Tabasco sauce and finely the onion and peppers.
    Serve warm with crackers (Ritz, Bretons) or refrigerated with chips.
