    Ketchup (about 1/2 to 1 cup, depending on how many pork chops you have)
    Lemon juice (about 1Tbsp to 2Tbsp or to taste)
    Brown sugar to taste
    Pork Chops

    Recipe



    Mix first 3 ingredients to make a paste. Spread on pork chops. Cook at 350F for 30-45 min., depending on thickness of pork chops. Turn pork chops once during middle of baking.
