    1/2lb. can pineapple pieces in natural juice, undrained
    1 cup medium banana, sliced
    2 cups cold fat free milk, or soy milk
    2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries

    Recipe



    In a blender container, combine undrained pineapple, bananas, and milk. Cover and process on Blend for 20 seconds. Add strawberries. Re-cover and process on blend for 20-25 seconds, or until mixture is smooth. Evenly pour into glasses. Serve at once.
