Banana Nut Bread

- 1 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 large)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 2/3 cup original bisquick
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Stir bananas, sugar milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in bisquick and nuts. Pour into pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaft from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
- Makes on loaf, 24 slices.
