Autumn Gold Pumpkin Cake

- 1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter Golden Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pumpkin (solid pack)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided
- 1/4 each of ground ginger and nutmeg
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting
- 1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped for granish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 357 degrees. Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water, pumpkin, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in 1 cup walnuts. Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
- Combine frosting and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir until well blended. Fill and frost cake. Garnish with the 1/4 cup of walnuts.
