8 oz sour cream
Chili powder
garlic power
cumin
8 oz guacamole
1 large tomato (Chopped into bite size pieces)
2 cups grated cheese (I use the 4 cheese Mexican style. Not
available? Cheddar will work)
small bunch of scallions (green part only - chopped finely
smallest can of chopped olives you can find
9x9 cake pan (I find this is deep enough to hold it all)
Recipe
Empty sour cream into mixing bowl and stir in chili power, cumin, and garlic power to your taste. Spread evenly in bottom of pan. Next layer is the Guacamole. Then the chopped tomatoes. Now spread 1 cup of the cheese evenly on top of the tomatoes. Now the chopped scallions and then the olives. Then I top it with another cup of cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
I usually go light on the scallion and olive layers, but It's all about taste. If you like lots of olives, put them on. If you'er a cheese fanatic, go ahead and double the amount of cheese. I love recipes, but I consider them to be... suggestions (the cumin was my idea). I love to take a recipe, try it once the way it's written and then I experiment with it.
