CRAB-STUFFED MUSHROOMS

24 to 30 2"-cap mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 C. water
1 can flaked crab meat
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm Herbed
Stuffing mix
Grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve for later.
In a saucepan, saut�' parsley and green pepper in butter until soft.
Add 1 C. water, chopped mushroom stems, stuffing mix and crab meat (with the liquid
from the crab).
Toss to mix.
Stuff mushroom caps.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 �F until cheese melts. Serve hot.
