    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground chuck
    • 1 (12oz.) jar chili sauce
    • 1 (10oz.) jar grape jelly


    Instructions


    1. Twelve hours before serving: Combine the chili sauce and grape jelly in a pan. Simmer 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, divide the beef into 36 sections, each section approximately 1" square. Roll squares into balls. Place meatballs in pan with the sauce. Continue to simmer an additional 1/2 hour. Store in covered container overnight.
    2. One hour before serving: Remove covered container and spoon off fat. Place in chaffing dish and heat until warm Makes 36 appetizers.
