List of Ingredients
- 1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 or 2 packages of dried chipped beef, chopped well
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 2 TBS. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- Saute pecans in a small amount of butter. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chipped beef, green pepper, onion flakes, and garlic salt together. Mix well.
- Pour inot a casserole dish. Put the pecans on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Eat with crackers or chips.
