    Cinnamon Toast Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 loaf of french bread cubed
    8 eggs
    3 cups of milk
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    TOPPING:
    2 TBL. margarine, cubed
    3 TBL. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13" baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs,milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge. 30 minutes before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top. Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean. Serve with maple syrup.
