Egg Casserole
List of Ingredients
12 eggs,
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp.dill weed
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
you may add additonal ham or bacon if desired
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the dill weed, sausage, onion, pepper, cheese, and hashbrowns. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until the center is set.
