    Cake
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) Crushed Pineapple (drain and reserve juice, squeeze
    if needed)
    1 box Yellow Cake Mix

    Topping:
    1 pkg Cream cheese, softened
    1 small pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
    1 cup Cold Milk
    1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    Chopped Walnuts
    Sweetened Shredded Coconut

    Recipe



    Follow the directions on the cake mix box to make the cake but use the pineapple juice in place of water.
    Pour cake batter into a 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

    Blend well the cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix, milk, then fold in pineapple.
    Spread on cooled cake.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and coconut. Refrigerate.
