Peach Pie

Recipe Introduction
A very quick and easy way to fix a delicious fruit pie.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can of peach pie filling
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 frozen pie crust, thawed
- 1 TBL. of melted margarine
- Additional sugar, optional
- Vanilla Ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place crust in a deep pie dish. Add filling.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Place second crust over top. Brush with melted margarine and cut 2 slits in the top.
- Sprinkle with extra sugar if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until crust is a nice golden brown.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
