    CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE

    Recipe Introduction


    This casserole originally calls for canned tuna. However, I substituted canned chicken and it was a true hit with my family!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans of Sue Bee chicken, drained
    • 3 cups cooked Rotini noodles
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • One large can of Durkee french fried onion rings, divided
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup of frozen peas


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain noodles.
    2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, noodles, soup, milk, half of the onions, peas, and the cheese.
    3. Pour into an ungreased baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
