    Chunky Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 sticks softened butter or margarine
    • 1/2 EACH white and brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    • 1/2 cup coarsley chopped peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, and peanut butter in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and peanuts.
    2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly ro flatten into 2-inch circles.
    3. Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Let stand for 4 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completley. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
