    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups of flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 cup butter (no substitutes) softened
    • 3/4 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 3 cups quick or old fashioned oats
    • 1 2/3 cups butterscotch morsels


    Instructions


    1. Combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.
    2. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes for crispy cookies.
      Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks till completley cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
